  Between 11:49 and 12:05 BST on 19.10.2020 a small group of Kallidus Recruit customers will have experienced issues accessing their systems.

  This was caused by an unexpected restart of the hosting server, which was swiftly resolved and brought back up by our engineers.

  We have put steps in place to mitigate any future occurrence.
