Between 12:30 and 13:57 GMT on 24-04-2019 customers experienced Kallidus Learn only loading the default branding, and loading the default branding slowly. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that some branding resources were unavailable, resulting in default branding to load on first access. Additional requests loaded the branding quickly once locally cached by the users browser. Resources were made available elsewhere to restore all custom and standard branding load performance.
