Between 09:25 and 11:04 GMT on Thursday, 30th January 2025, Perform customers experienced issues accessing Reviews.
The issue was caused by some problematic pods within the Review Services. Once identified, these pods were rebuilt and the system is now stable.
We have improved our internal processes and resources to mitigate any future occurrences and improve efficiency
