  RCA:

  Between 00:01 25-02-2024 and 08:57 GMT on 26-02-2024, users of Kallidus Sapling US will have experienced issues accessing the site.

  Preliminary root cause: Kallidus engineers discovered that an underlying certificate serving requests to the sites had expired. A failed renewal of the certificate meant requests to services on the sapling product domain was unsuccessful, the issue was identified, and the renewal fixed. Once the required certificates were replaced, traffic resumed to normal.

  Kallidus engineers have identified areas for monitoring improvements and process updates to ensure this automated and alerted on earlier to avoid future occurrences of this problem.
