  Between 12-07-2021 and 20-07-2021 customers may have had issues with the XML Vacancy Feeds from Kallidus Recruit.

  Our preliminary root cause has indicated that a software defect resulted in the feeds not containing vacancies. Our engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to monitor all systems.

• Investigating

  We are currently experiencing an issue with XML vacancy feeds from Recruit. This will mean that sources that rely on these feeds will not be receiving updated data. This includes third party sources, such as Indeed, or your own website if an XML feed is used to display vacancies on your own site. The issue does not impact vacancy lists displayed as part of the Recruit vacancy list pages.

  We are working on the problem now and expect it to be resolved by the end of today.
