Between 15:20 and 19:36 GMT on Thursday 19th March 2020 some customers may have noticed degraded performance throughout the Talent platform.
The root cause of this incident was due to a sudden, unexpected and exceptional increase in demand of the platform.
Engineers took steps to modify code to mitigate the issue, along with further code deployment on Monday morning to resolve. Engineers will continue to monitor.
