Between 13:30 and 14:10 BST on 24/09/2020 customers experienced errors when attempting to access Business Objects reporting.
This was caused by a blocked SQL process in the reporting system SQL database that caused the reporting system to stop responding.
Engineers took action to remove the lock and restore the reporting service.
We will continue to monitor the reporting service.
