RCA: Between 13:00 and 15:00 BST on 10/10/2022 Kallidus Recruit customers experienced issues accessing the candidate portal.
Engineers tracked down the root cause of the issue to be an expired certificate that was being unexpectedly cached within IIS on the web servers.
The issue was resolved and the mechanism by which it was cached was removed to ensure it will not happen again.
