Between 05:00 and 10:00 BST on 27-06-2020 customers may have experienced difficulties logging in to Kallidus Suite applications.
Preliminary root cause: Engineers identified an issue with a service failover in an Azure service which triggered an internal error in a partner component accessing the service. This component failed to retry connecting as we would have expected in this specific scenario. We are working on future developments to help mitigate this scenario.
We have continued to monitor during the interim and have deployed additional monitoring to help alert and mitigate in the future.
