• Post-Mortem

  Between 15:04-15:11 BST on 01-06-2021, a problem with one of the nodes handling user authentication functionality caused some login attempts to the Kallidus Learn, LMS, Perform, Talent, 360 and Recruit products to fail.

  Kallidus engineers identified the problem node and withdrew it from production in order to resume normal service. Kallidus are currently working on plans to replace this component, which will mitigate this issue.

  We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience whilst this issue was dealt with.
