    Between 10:00:34 and 10:01:02 UTC on 08-03-2018 customers may have experienced difficulties connecting to Kallidus Suite applications. All services were impacted for 28 seconds.

    Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that 28 seconds of downtime was caused by a loss of connectivity in the backend network, impacting all Kallidus Suite applications.

    Mitigation: Due to the high available setup of the platform, the network recovered itself.

    Next steps: Engineers will continue to monitor and have engaged with suppliers to establish the detailed root cause, and the full root cause analysis post-mortem will be posted on this status page once completed.
