  Between 09:35 and 11:38 GMT on 30-01-2020 customers may have experienced difficulties logging into their Kallidus Perform system.

  Preliminary root cause: This issue was caused by timeouts on the platform, which were as a result of a platform routing change carried out within the standard maintenance window. During testing of this update, the very specific scenario required to highlight this issue was not experienced. Once the cause was identified, the changes to the routing configuration were reverted and normal service then resumed.

  We are continuing to monitor closely.
