Between 09:08 and 09:14 GMT on 30.01.2019 some customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Kallidus Learn, LMS and Perform.
Our preliminary root cause has indicated that some customers were intermittently unable to access these Kallidus systems. This was due to a temporary issue with our server caching solution. Our engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to monitor all systems. We have also raised a ticket with our server partner.
