  Between 12:20 and 13:20 BST on 09-07-2020 customers may have experienced 404 error messages in their browsers while loading an uncached page for the first time.

  Preliminary root cause: Engineers identified an issue with traffic routing causing some resource requests to return 404 errors as resources were not found. Engineers modified systems to remove the incorrect routing and have taken steps to additionally monitor.
