  Between 02:33 and 09:00 BST on 15-08-2024, users of Kallidus Off-The-Shelf (OTS) content may have encountered errors loading courses. This issue occurred because of a storage connectivity issue. Upon discovering the issue, Kallidus engineers triggered a manual reconnection of the storage to resolve the issue. Work to update the service to ensure that this scenario is handled without impacting customers is ongoing. Kallidus apologises for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.

  Our engineers have now resolved the issue with our OTS courses and all learning material should be opening and playing for learners now. Apologies again for the inconvenience this caused today. An RCA for the incident will be made available on this thread in due course.
