  Between 15:14 and 15:36 a sub-set of customers on Kallidus Recruit experienced issues logging into the admin portal.

  This was due to high load on the servers whilst search indexes were catching up. This process was paused indexing and resumed outside of normal business hours. These indexes are usually continuous, but in this instance were being run for a specific reason manually.
