Summary: Between 11:29 and 11:44 BST on 26-04-2023, Kallidus application availability for UK customers was disrupted; users attempting to use the Kallidus services during this period may have seen errors at login or during use.
Root cause: The addition of a new virtual machine to a network load balancer disrupted the routing of customer requests to internal servers. Kallidus engineers immediately recognised this and took steps to disable the virtual machine. After a short period of monitoring, it was necessary to restart a network service in order to restore availability of the Kallidus products. Kallidus apologises for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thanks you for patience while we resolved the issue.
