Between the times of 10:06-11:30, 11:58-12:00 and 12:08-12:14 on 10-07-2020 BST customers may have experienced difficulties accessing some functionality within Kallidus Learn.
Preliminary root cause: Engineers identified an issue with Azure Load Balancers incorrectly routing internal traffic to our API's caused by an incorrect cache. Engineers removed the affected systems from the Azure Load Balancers and re-added them to clear the cache, restoring service.
We have implemented additional monitoring to identify the cause quicker in the case of a reoccurrence.
