Summary of impact: Between 08:00 (BST) and 08:11 (BST) on 18th February, 2021, the Kallidus Learn application was unavailable. In addition, application performance may have been impeded for approximately fifteen minutes after this time.
Preliminary root cause: Deployment of a new version of Kallidus Learn ran beyond the 2-hour maintenance window.
Mitigation: There were no mitigation steps associated with this disruption.
Next steps: Kallidus engineers continue to investigate ways to optimise the deployment process in a bid to further reduce the time necessary to deploy new versions of the Learn application.
