Between 01:00 and 09:58 BST on 07-06-2018, Kallidus Recruit customers were unable to upload / download documents from the system. The root cause of the issue was an expired SSL certificate on the PDF generation software used to keep document uploads / downloads consistent and safe. The SSL certificate was updated and system functionality returned to normal. We sincerely apologize for the impact to affected customers. We are continuously taking steps to improve the Kallidus Suite Platform and our processes to help ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. In this case, we have highlighted a gap in our monitoring and have updated this accordingly to ensure that a similar event cannot occur.
