    Between 13:12 and 13:27 UTC on 10-04-2018, all customers using Classic LMS & Learn may have experienced difficulties connecting to Business Objects Reporting.

    Mitigation: Engineers received numerous notifications from monitoring, and immediately worked to resolve the issue.

    Next steps: Engineers will continue to monitor and investigate to establish the detailed root cause, and the full root cause analysis post-mortem will be posted on this status page once completed.
