Degraded Service on Classic LMS and Learn

    Between 08:00 and 10:00 UTC on 05-04-2018, a subset of SSO customers may have experienced difficulties connecting to the administration side of Kallidus Learn. This affected customers accessing Kallidus Learn administration via a mechanism outside of their configured SSO provider. Access to areas of Kallidus Learn other than administration was not affected.

    Next steps: Engineers will continue to monitor and investigate to establish the detailed root cause, and the full root cause analysis post-mortem will be posted on this status page once completed.
