  Between 09:11-10:10 BST on 21/07/2021, some Kallidus Learn users will have experienced an error when using the application. Kallidus engineers identified that a web server encountered an internal error that caused requests to that specific server to fail. Requests to other servers providing the service will have continued to succeed. Kallidus has adjusted its internal monitoring processes to more quickly detect and act upon any similar error in future. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience whilst this issue was dealt with.
