  Between 09:42 and 10:05 GMT on 08-02-2019 customers may have experienced intermittent issues with Kallidus Learn.

  Our preliminary root cause analysis has indicated that a configuration option within a micro-service would cause additional latency on requests to the micro-service. The configuration option has been modified to prevent re-occurrence. Our engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to monitor all systems. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

  Engineers have been actively investigating and working to resolve an intermittent issue with a blank login screen on Kallidus Learn. Normal service now appears to have resumed, but we are continuing to monitor. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as soon as we know more.
