Between 09:42 and 10:05 GMT on 08-02-2019 customers may have experienced intermittent issues with Kallidus Learn.
Our preliminary root cause analysis has indicated that a configuration option within a micro-service would cause additional latency on requests to the micro-service. The configuration option has been modified to prevent re-occurrence. Our engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to monitor all systems.
