Degraded Service on Classic LMS & Learn Batch Processors

    Our engineers have confirmed that the affected customer Batch Processors have now completed as expected. We are continuing to monitor but do not anticipate that this issue will reoccur. We have contacted those customers affected with further details.

  • Investigating

    Our Engineers have been alerted to an issue affecting a subset of customers on Classic LMS & Learn with regard to the overnight Batch Process. Having investigated and worked to remediate the issue, the affected Batch Processors are now running and expected to complete by early afternoon today 24.05.18.
