Between 07:59 and 09:00 BST on 23-05-2018, a subset of customers may have experienced difficulties connecting to Kallidus Suite applications. Impacted service was Recruit admin users on EU6.
Engineers determined that Internet Information Services was failing to respond, impacting the back office admin application. Engineers received numerous notifications from monitoring, and resolved the issue by restarting the back office application.

We are continuously taking steps to improve the Kallidus Suite Platform and our processes to help ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. In this case, this includes (but is not limited to): Additional monitoring to quickly highlight any reoccurrence of the issue. Enhanced logging to assist with determining root cause / steps to re-create.
