RCA: On the morning of Saturday May 24th 2025 until 16:00 on May 27th 2025 the Business Objects and Power BI reporting database loads took longer than expected to complete for a small subset of customers. The majority of customers were unaffected. Kallidus engineers tracked down the issue to a code change that was made on Friday May 23rd 2025 affecting data loads into the star schema reporting database. The code was rolled back on Tuesday May 27th and all affected reporting databases successfully completed their data loads. We will continue to monitor the reporting database data loads to ensure their successful completion.
