  RCA: Between 13:30 and 15:00 BST on 10-10-2022, Kallidus Learn experienced some issues with an API service and users may have had a degraded experience during this time.

  Kallidus engineers have determined that a very large number of requests were made to an API service in a very short period of time from a small number of users. This overwhelmed the API and resulted in a degraded service for other customers. Full service was restored and we are in discussions with the customer to understand how we can prevent this from reoccurring. We are also investigating ways to monitor this eventuality in the future from our side.

  Engineers have resolved the site issues from earlier this afternoon and all sites are loading as expected and launching and tracking content again as expected.

  Apologies for the inconvenience this has obviously caused today.

  Engineers are continuing to investigate the issue and further reports of Learn sites being inaccessible / access denied messages appearing for some users. We will provide further updates as they become available.
