Between 16:28 and 17:00 GMT on Thursday 19th March 2020 we identified an issue with Kallidus Learn.
The issue was caused by an underlying problem with our hosting partner, Microsoft Azure. They experienced an outage within their storage infrastructure across data centre regions, this issue was not limited to Kallidus. This caused various services that we provide to be unavailable.
Under these circumstances, we were reliant on Microsoft to restore their service outage. Microsoft engineers will continue to investigate to establish the full root cause and prevent future occurrences.
Thank you for your patience and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
» UpdatedSites are now running as expected. We are continuing to monitor closely and are consulting with our hosting partner with regard to any mitigation steps.
An RCA will be made available here in due course.
Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this, and please accept our apologies for any distruption this may have caused.
