Degraded Service across the Kallidus Suite

  • Post-Mortem

    etween 00:55 and 10:22 BST 03-06-2020 customers may have experienced issues logging into Kallidus Perform or Learn.

    The issues occurred periodically during this time and each disruption would have lasted a few minutes.

    Our preliminary root cause has indicated that there was a service issue impacting all login nodes which control the access to Kallidus systems. Under usual circumstances a node would self-repair and fail over to another whilst it was repairing, however in this case the issue impacted all nodes. Our engineers continue to monitor all systems and continue to investigate the cause and permanent resolution.
