Between 8:37 and 9:30 GMT on 14/11/2019 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Kallidus Perform.
Preliminary root cause: A routine update to one of the backend storage systems did not fail over to a backup resource as expected. As a consequence of this, the service was disrupted whilst the active system was restarted. Kallidus engineers have reproduced the fault and are working with our service partners to improve the connection resilience and prevent a re-occurrence.
