On Thursday June 30 2022 between 11:17 (BST) and 13:12 (BST), Kallidus Perform was Perform being unavailable for all customers.
We identified an issue with the communication between the server nodes of the database cluster Perform is hosted on. The individual nodes were restarted, with steps taken to minimise the start-up time, to bring the cluster back online.
Service was resumed at 13:12 and Perform was fully available to all customers once more.
Further analysis with our hosting partner confirmed that the issue was caused by a network communication issue between the nodes in the cluster and a recommendation was made to minimise reoccurrence. This configuration change has now been implemented and we continue to carefully monitor the cluster health.
Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue, and once again please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
