    We have been continuing our investigation into the system latency users experienced, however we are now is a position to re-enable the competency checker for all users.

    The Team are continuing their investigation work and during this time the Competency Checker function will remain disabled. We are working very hard to get the root of the problem and will provide further updates here as we progress.

    During the investigation period, customers may find that access to this feature is temporarily disabled.

    Kallidus Learn - Competency Checker disabled This is a notification to let you know that we will shortly be temporarily disabling the Competency checker feature on all Kallidus Learn sites. 

    Through our extensive monitoring, we have been alerted to an issue with system latency stemming from the Competency Checker feature. We expect that disabling this feature will mitigate any residual issues in the short-term and also allows us to carry out an in-depth investigation.
