Between 14:30-14:41 BST on 11.09.2020, customers were impacted by a service outage across the Kallidus Suite.
Following further investigation, we have determined that a routine automated change to the Kallidus network load balancer resulted in a configuration corruption that caused all incoming connections to fail. A specific and rare scenario was identified as the cause of the corruption.
Measures will be taken to ensure that this scenario cannot be repeated and we are continuing to monitor closely.
