Between 14:45 GMT on 05-02-2019 and 12:15 GMT on 06-02-2019 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing and using Kallidus Perform
Our preliminary root cause has indicated that the data store server had a memory spike which lead to slow performance. Engineers took mitigating steps, which improved the performance, however there was a possible knock-on effect. A system service, took the release of memory resources as an opportunity to process more requests causing very high CPU usage. This system service was recycled immediately and performance was restored. Our engineers are continuing to monitor all systems.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
