    Between 10:00am and 10:30am [BST] on 17.07.18 experienced reduced site performance on Kallidus LMS & Learn. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that this issue was caused by a performance bottleneck, impacting some areas of Classic LMS and Learn including the impersonate feature. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
