    Between 14:11 and 14:45 GMT on 11-03-2019 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing reporting in Kallidus LMS and Learn.

    Our preliminary root cause has indicated that the system became overloaded, impacting access to reports. Our engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to monitor all systems. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
