Our engineers have confirmed that the affected customer Batch Processors have now completed as expected. We are continuing to monitor but do not anticipate that this issue will reoccur.

Having investigated and worked to remediate the issue, the affected Batch Processors are now running and expected to complete by early afternoon today 22.05.18.
