All customers Power BI reports have now refreshed and showing up-to-date data sets.

Apologies for any inconvenience this caused today.

Investigating

A subset of customers Power BI reporting overnight data refreshes have not completed as expected. Our engineers are aware and we are working on updating customer reports so that they include the latest report data.

Further updates will be provided as we progress through the issue to closure.

Croudstrike statement in relation to Kallidus products

Confirmation that no Kallidus services were affected.

Investigating

In relation to today's worldwide issues caused by a suspected Crowdstrike service patch, we wanted to reassure customers that none of the Kallidus applications or services are affected.

If you are a Kallidus Learn customer and experience unexpected issues today with any 3rd party content from vendors who host their training content in the cloud, it may be worth engaging with their support desks to check if their content has been affected by the issue.
