Degraded Service: Kallidus Perform

Post-Mortem

RCA: Between approximately 16:11 GMT on 10th February 2025 and 12:08 GMT on 11th February 2025, the tab facilitating navigation to the Kallidus Perform application from other applications in our suite was not displaying in the 'global' navigation area. This affected a subset of customers that have not yet upgraded to our latest identity solution. During this time Perform itself was fully available and functional, however manual navigation would have been required either through bookmarks or manual intervention. Investigations determined that an internal configuration had been updated with an incorrect value. Once identified the configuration was updated with the correct value to restore the tab to the navigation bar. A full analysis of the change process is underway and steps will be taken to implement tighter control to minimise the risk of similar future incidents. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Our engineers have now identified the cause and rolled out a fix to affected sites.

Apologies again for any inconvenience caused today. An RCA will be made available and shared here in due course for the incident.

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue for a subset of our customers (not yet upgraded to our identity server 6 solution) where Perform is unavailable from our navigation bar.

Investigating

We have been made aware that a subset of customers Power BI reports didn't get updated overnight as usual. Our engineers are working through updating all report warehouses to ensure they have latest datasets throughout today. We will post back on here once we know that all customer Power BI datasets are updated.
