We are sorry to report that engineers are currently investigating an issue with Kallidus Learn. Some customers attempting to import lessons or events may be encountering the following error message: "Row 2: The import has been manually stopped at this row."
We understand this may be causing disruption and want to assure you that resolving this is our priority. Please note that all other import types are currently unaffected. Our engineers are actively working to resolve this, additional information will be provided shortly.

Following direct engagement with Microsoft, we can confirm this issue is not isolated to Kallidus — other Microsoft customers have also been affected and Microsoft are actively investigating. We will continue to work closely with Microsoft and provide further updates as soon as more information is available. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We sincerely apologise to any customers affected by an issue with report content on PowerBI. We understand this may be causing disruption and are treating this as a priority. Engineers are actively investigating and working to resolve the issue in partnership with Microsoft.
