We are aware that Power BI reporting dataset refreshes for a subset of customers has been delayed. Our engineers are currently working through the problem and expect all customer datasets to be fully refreshed by 13:30.

Post-Mortem
RCA: The root cause of the downtime was a data integrity issue that impacted the UK Sapling Solution. Upon identification of the issue, we immediately instigated a point-in-time restoration of the data. The integrity of the restoration was then confirmed before the service was restored to all UK customers.
A preliminary investigation into the issue has identified a script which was inadvertently triggered on a production system. Kallidus' internal processes have already been updated to prevent this scenario from reoccurring, and engineers will continue to work to improve the robustness of this and related processes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience while the issue was resolved.

Our engineers have now identified the issue and access has been restored to Kallidus Sapling for our UK customers. An RCA for this incident will be made available on this page within 48 hours.
