Post-Mortem Summary: Between 08:00 and 08:30 (BST) on 04-09-2025, Learn Lite customers may have encountered an error when accessing the product. Root cause: Kallidus engineers identified a unique scenario where the private key associated with the SSL certificate for Learn Lite was removed by the operating system during a routine service restart. Replacing the certificate resolved the issue. Engineers have identified a solution to the problem which will be deployed in the coming days. An improvement to allow more immediate notification of such an issue will also be deployed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience while the issue was resolved.
