We are continuing to work with Yahoo! to request that they remove the block they have placed on the delivery of emails. We are currently awaiting the resolution of this issue from Yahoo! Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.
All customers can assist us by ensuring that their IT teams have successfully set up a DKIM record for Kallidus against their email domain, to allow us (Kallidus) to successfully transport your emails. Please have your IT team review this article for further help.
