Degraded Service - Kallidus Learn

Engineers have now restored services to all affected Learn sites and no further errors should occur for the affected customer sites. We will be posting an RCA here for this incident in due course.

Investigating

There is an issue affecting a subset of Kallidus customers, receiving a 'Hmm that didn't work' error when accessing the Learn student home page. Our engineers are investigating as priority and we will endeavour to have services restored for the affected customers as soon as possible.

Sapling - Integration Error with Namely

Investigating

Currently we are having an issue with the Namely Integration. Sapling is currently unable to create new hire in Namely due to what seems to be a Processing Error. We are currently working with the Namely Support Team to resolve this as soon as we can.

We will provide updates as soon as we can, thank you for your patience.
