Between 22:40-23:30 GMT 26th August 2023, Microsoft will be carrying out essential maintenance on servers where Kallidus systems are hosted.
There will also be a secondary period of maintenance beginning in the early hours GMT 27th August.
We have been advised that this is to apply necessary service optimizations including performance and security updates. During this time, you may experience brief periods of connectivity issues or increased latency to your flexible server instance.

From 07:00 BST on Sunday 27th August we will be carrying out essential maintenance for all North American hosted Sapling customers.
We expect this maintenance to take 2 hours, and the system will be unavailable for the duration.
We expect no customer-facing impact, and no customer action is required. Any processes due to run during this time will be paused and run afterward.
