Between 05:48 and 10:17 on 11-12-2024 (GMT), Kallidus HR customers in North America using Single Sign-On (SSO) will have experienced issues logging into the application.
Kallidus engineers discovered that a network change was causing a subset of requests to be incorrectly routed. Traffic was failed over to a backup network device and normal service then resumed.
This was caused by a procedural error by Kallidus. Steps have been taken to mitigate future issues with this process and tighten the change protocols.

Our engineers have now resolved the login issue for a subset of our N. America customers and login ability is fully restored. An RCA for this incident will be made available here when it's received. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.
