Resolved Our engineers have now resolved a period of degraded service on Kallidus Perform which occurred between 13:50 GMT and 14:22 GMT on 28.03.19. This issue impacted some users ability to save changes. We have taken mitigation action and continue to monitor. Thank you for your patience whilst we resolved this, and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

Our preliminary root cause has indicated that the system became overloaded, impacting access to reports. Our engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to monitor all systems. Degraded Service on Kallidus Recruit

Resolved Between 11:17 and 11:29 GMT on 11-03-2019 some customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Kallidus Recruit. Our preliminary root cause has indicated that a hardware failure with our hosting provider caused some sites to become unreachable. Our engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to monitor all systems.
