Post-Mortem
Between 10:04 and 13:26 BST on 12th July 2022 - There was a degraded service for Recruit customers who use Marketplace integrations.
During this time candidates would have been unable to start or complete any third-party assessments and users may have been unable to post to job boards.
The root cause has been determined as a disk space issue on one of the core servers.
This has been resolved and integrations are working as expected. We will review our monitoring processes in order to avoid a recurrence of this issue.
