We have experienced an issue overnight affecting a subset of customers who's reporting warehouses have not build correctly with latest data. Our engineers are working on the solution to this and going through the process of running the warehouse builds over the course of the day today.

Update
We are continuing to investigate this email template token issue as a priority.
Here's the latest;
Some email templates are getting corrupted - specifically tokens are breaking and no longer working as tokens when emails are composed (e.g. Preferred name).
We believe that the problem is caused by our email editor component clashing with Chrome and saving templates in a broken state. However, we are looking into reports from some customers who have advised that they have not carried out any recent edits.
We have deployed a temporary patch for our North American Customers which disables saving from the email editor. This should mean no further issues are created whilst we resolve the underlying cause.
In conjunction with resolving the root cause, we will also be working to correct any templates affected in the interim.

Update
We have discovered that there is an issue that corrupts the templates with editing templates using some browsers including Chrome. We have temporarily disabled editing templates. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Investigating
There is currently an issue with the Email Templates not using the tokens (auto filling variables such as first/last name) therefore not auto-filling within the email. EX. Hello Preferred/First Name
