Our engineers have resolved the issue with a subset of learning that was playing in an unexpected language and a patch has been released to all Learn sites.
Investigating
We are currently investigating reports of some eLearning playing in languages different to the expected and/or specified language. This appears to be intermittent and inconsistent with which languages appearing, and is impacting various types and suppliers of eLearning content.
As soon as we have further update, we will post on this status page. In the meantime, thank you for your patience.

Post-Mortem
Between 14:00 and 14:16 BST on 15-08-2024, users of Kallidus Off-The-Shelf (OTS) content may have encountered errors loading courses. This issue occurred because of a storage connectivity issue. Upon discovering the issue, Kallidus engineers triggered a manual reconnection of the storage to resolve the issue. Work to update the service to ensure that this scenario is handled without impacting customers is ongoing. Kallidus apologises for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
