We have been made aware that a subset of customers Power BI reports didn't get updated overnight as usual. Our engineers are working through updating all report warehouses to ensure they have latest datasets throughout today. We will post back on here once we know that all customer Power BI datasets are updated.

Our engineers have now corrected the group information for affected sites in Learn and manager names should now be back showing as the group codes and titles. Apologies for the inconvenience while we worked through the issue.

Our engineers have identified the issue and are in the process of reverting manager groups back to their original state. Investigating

A subset of customers with data feeds for employee data feeding into Kallidus Learn, may have noticed that manager groups titles have been updated to be import key values as titles, instead of Manager names. Our data team is working on a fix for this and we will post further updates as we receive them. Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing.

Degraded Service: Sapling UK

Post-Mortem

RCA: The root cause of the downtime was a data integrity issue that impacted the UK Sapling Solution. Upon identification of the issue, we immediately instigated a point-in-time restoration of the data. The integrity of the restoration was then confirmed before the service was restored to all UK customers.

A preliminary investigation into the issue has identified a script which was inadvertently triggered on a production system. Kallidus' internal processes have already been updated to prevent this scenario from reoccurring, and engineers will continue to work to improve the robustness of this and related processes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience while the issue was resolved.
